To help us assist you efficiently, please follow these steps to report any issue you are facing within the app.

1. Describe the Issue Clearly

Please provide a brief and clear description of the issue. Include details such as:

  • What feature or section of the app the issue is related to

  • What went wrong

  • Any message or unexpected behavior


2. Share Screenshots or Screen Recording

To help us understand the issue better, please share:

  • A screenshot showing the issue
    OR

  • A screen recording showing the steps leading to the issue

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV
​How to share:

  • Upload it via in-app chat or support option

  • Send it as an attachment via email


3. Mention the Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Write the exact steps you followed before the issue occurred. This helps our team reproduce and fix the issue faster.

Please list the steps in order, for example:

  1. Launch the app

  2. Navigate to a specific section

  3. Perform an action

  4. Mention what you observed
