1. Cancel Your Subscription First

If you're on a free trial:

  • Make sure to cancel at least one day before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

If you're already subscribed:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app
→ Tap your Apple ID name at the top
    → Tap Subscriptions
    → Select PDF Editor
    → Tap Cancel Subscription
If you don’t see this option, it means the subscription is already cancelled.

2. Request a Refund Through Apple

All payments and subscriptions for PDF Editor go through Apple, so refunds must be requested through their system.

✅ Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Open a browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in using the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription

  3. Locate the PDF Editor subscription in your list of purchases

  4. Click on Report a Problem

  5. Select “I’d like to request a refund” and choose a reason from the dropdown

  6. Submit your request

Apple usually processes refund requests within a few days.

3. What If the Refund Is Denied?

If you don't see the refund option or the request is denied:

  • Go to getsupport.apple.com

  • Select Billing & Subscriptions → Then choose Accidental Purchases

  • Contact Apple Support directly through chat, call, or email, and explain your issue

🧾 What Happens After Canceling

  • After cancelling, you can continue using PDF Editor's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle or trial period.

  • If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to the payment method used.

  • Keep any confirmation emails for reference.
