1. Cancel Your Subscription First
If you're on a free trial:
Make sure to cancel at least one day before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you're already subscribed:
On your iPhone or iPad, go to the Settings app
→ Tap your Apple ID name at the top
→ Tap Subscriptions
→ Select PDF Editor
→ Tap Cancel Subscription
If you don’t see this option, it means the subscription is already cancelled.
2. Request a Refund Through Apple
All payments and subscriptions for PDF Editor go through Apple, so refunds must be requested through their system.
✅ Steps to Request a Refund:
Open a browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in using the Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription
Locate the PDF Editor subscription in your list of purchases
Click on Report a Problem
Select “I’d like to request a refund” and choose a reason from the dropdown
Submit your request
Apple usually processes refund requests within a few days.
3. What If the Refund Is Denied?
If you don't see the refund option or the request is denied:
Go to getsupport.apple.com
Select Billing & Subscriptions → Then choose Accidental Purchases
Contact Apple Support directly through chat, call, or email, and explain your issue
🧾 What Happens After Canceling
After cancelling, you can continue using PDF Editor's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle or trial period.
If your refund is approved, the money will be returned to the payment method used.
Keep any confirmation emails for reference.
