✅ 1. Restart the App
Force close A1 PDF Editor and reopen it.
On iPhones with Face ID: swipe up and hold, then swipe the app away.
On iPhones with Home button: double-press the button, then swipe the app away.
✅ 2. Restart Your Device
A simple reboot can fix display or rendering issues.
✅ 3. Check File Format
Ensure the file you’re opening is a supported format (e.g., PDF, DOCX, etc.).
Some corrupted or unsupported files may fail to display correctly.
✅ 4. Update the App
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile → Scroll to A1 PDF Editor → Tap Update, if available.
✅ 5. Reimport the File
If the file is from cloud storage or email, re-download or reimport it into the app.
Go to Manage PDF → Import to bring the file back into the app.
✅ 6. Reinstall the App
⚠️ Backup important files before reinstalling if sync is off.
Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store.
