  1. Open Your PDF Document: Launch A1 PDF Editor and open the PDF file you wish to edit.

  2. Access the Bookmarks Panel:

    • Navigate to the View menu.

    • Select Bookmarks to open the bookmarks panel.

  3. Navigate to the Desired Page: Scroll to the page you want to bookmark.

  4. Add a New Bookmark:

    • In the bookmarks panel, click the Add Bookmark button.

    • A new bookmark will appear, typically labeled as "Untitled."

  5. Rename the Bookmark:

    • Right-click on the new bookmark and select Rename.

    • Enter a descriptive name for the bookmark and press Enter.

  6. Set Bookmark Destination:

    • Ensure you're on the page you want the bookmark to link to.

    • Right-click the bookmark and select Set Destination.

    • This action links the bookmark to the current page view

  7. Organize Bookmarks:

    • To create a hierarchical structure, drag and drop bookmarks under others to nest them.

    • Right-click on bookmarks to access options like Delete, Expand, or Collapse
