π Adding Bookmarks in A1 PDF Editor
Open Your PDF Document: Launch A1 PDF Editor and open the PDF file you wish to edit.
Access the Bookmarks Panel:
Navigate to the View menu.
Select Bookmarks to open the bookmarks panel.
Navigate to the Desired Page: Scroll to the page you want to bookmark.
Add a New Bookmark:
In the bookmarks panel, click the Add Bookmark button.
A new bookmark will appear, typically labeled as "Untitled."
Rename the Bookmark:
Right-click on the new bookmark and select Rename.
Enter a descriptive name for the bookmark and press Enter.
Set Bookmark Destination:
Ensure you're on the page you want the bookmark to link to.
Right-click the bookmark and select Set Destination.
This action links the bookmark to the current page view
Organize Bookmarks:
To create a hierarchical structure, drag and drop bookmarks under others to nest them.
Right-click on bookmarks to access options like Delete, Expand, or Collapse
π Editing and Managing Bookmarks
Rename: Right-click on a bookmark and select Rename to change its label.
Delete: Right-click and choose Delete to remove a bookmark.
Reorder: Drag bookmarks up or down in the list to reorder them.
Nest: Drag a bookmark under another to create a nested (child) bookmark.
